Some of B.o.B’s early fans were disappointed with his debut album – it showed off many of his talents but the rapping that made him popular in the first place was almost neglected. It’s understandable, he wanted the mainstream to know him and what he’s about – it’s easier to do that with a song like “Nothin’ On You” than his earlier mixtape material.
He’s back with a middle finger to the doubters. Straight rapping – no catchy hooks or pop melodies. His flow from 1:48 is so sick. I’ve been replaying this all day. This is from his No Genre mixtape, which is out December 7th.
